Personalized Fitness TrainingBring your tennis shoes and workout clothes and join us for some exercise! Almost every day of the week we have a group fitness class that is open and free for everyone. We offer a range of exercises, from light cardio at our weekly Walk with the Doc, to flexibility in our Yoga and Pilates classes, or some muscular endurance at our Resistance Training class.
